The BUILD Programme helps KS3 pupils develop a variety of important careers-based skills including resilience, teamwork, engagement and motivation. It was developed by two social enterprises, PIE and Bounceback Education, in response to the extended school closures in the 2019/2020 academic year due to COVID-19.

The online resources, accessible via this website, were developed during two successful pilot programmes with young people in Salford and Manchester in the 2020/2021 academic year. The students involved became confident, aspirational members of their respective communities with a renewed sense of self-belief and determination to achieve their academic potential.
